We are Rezin
A statement of elegance, sustainability and luxury
Rezin wants to bring awareness to our perception of perfection, and this comes in many shapes and sizes.
Embracing a new generation of elegance
It starts with you. We want to empower your identity, be it bold or intimate. We celebrate and admire imperfection as perfect and that’s why our statement jewelry is created to be unique; each piece handmade, each with a slightly different design, curve, stone or pearl.
This own identity showcases the natural beauty of being different and embodies a bold, or intimate, sense of elegance.
Conscious Luxury shines better
Your choices matter. Behind the glistening diamonds and glamorous pictures is a blurred industry veiled with steep markups and unfavorable manufacturing practices. Rezin wants to set a new standard.
Up and down the value chain, we aim to guide our choices to ensure the best quality for our customers while investing in more sustainable materials and responsible production practices. By choosing our pieces, you are playing a role in shifting in the industry in the right direction.
We use recycled 18k gold and ethically sourced gemstones and pearls, ensuring each piece meets our high standards of quality and supports responsible production methods.
"All through my life and especially during my travels, I've collected unique items; stones from artisan miners and pearls from sustainable boutique farms, all based on an aspiration to one day create unique pieces of jewelry that actually mean something – that make a statement."
Bianca Knotter-Acardağ, Founder Rezin
I was born in Zimbabwe and grew up in a rural town in Southern Africa, where the exposure to mining was unavoidable. News would always flash bits and pieces of the devastations of the mining and negligence for local communities. Etched in my memory, I always knew I would one day try make a difference. This naturally guided my career to where I stand today, focused on creating a more sustainable world in a unsustainable industry.
Jewelry also played a very special part in my life. Growing up, my grandmother resembled a certain flair of elegance to me, unlike I had ever seen before. The way she dressed, the way she spoke, but mostly through the pieces of jewelry she wore. This fed my admiration for individuals who uniquely identified and empowered themselves with beautiful pieces of jewelry.
